DIAMOND Seal Technology is an integrated ceramic valve cartridge featuring one ceramic disc and one diamond-embedded ceramic disc. As the two discs move against each other the diamond-embedded disc polishes the uncoated disc, removing calcium and mineral deposits. This eliminates the need for lubricant and creates an impenetrable barrier with no metal parts exposed to water. The result? A lifespan of up to 5 million uses, which is 10 times longer than the industry standard (based on ASME 112.18.1 of up to 500,000 cycles). Magnedock Technology Perfectly in place. The integrated handshower in all Brizo Hydrati 2|1 showers is seamlessly held in place with MagneDock Technology, making it effortless to disengage the handshower. The polarity of the magnets also helps guide it back into place for a clean look and secure fit when not in use.
