Item is a store return and open box. Appears to be new and never installed. The soap dispenser and all of the mounting hardware is still sealed in original bags. See pictures. The mounting rod has a few scuffs on the threads (see pictures as well). Includes rhe faucet body, deck plate, soap dispenser, weight, and mounting hardware/ quick connect. The instruction manual is missing and not included.
