Delta Genuine parts, Faucet specific, check images above to make sure these are the correct parts for your Delta faucet There are YouTube Videos to help you install, below are some tips: Tools needed: A 3/32 allen wrench and a pair of pliers, Estimate job time: 10-15 mins 1) Turn off the water line 2) Turn both handles full-open and drain the remaining water. 3) Use a 3/32 Allen wrench to loosen the handle nut just enough to lift the handle off (Please do not fully remove, small parts maybe easily lost). 4) Use Pliers/Channellock to loosen and remove the large nut at the base of the exposed valve. These nuts should not be difficult to remove, do not overtight when you put it back on. 5) Note the position of the valve (including the grey piece) - and jot down a quick sketch if needed. In order for the handle to line up in the same spot, you're going to place the new valve in the same position. 6) Use Pliers/ Channellock to grab the metal stem or the sides and pull it up. 7) Take the new valve, line it up and press it down into the opening BY ITS SIDES. Don't press the stem down hard because you can pop out the bottom washer and the valve 'float', or leave them misaligned. The way you know the valve is pressed down enough is the large nut will fit over and catch enough thread to finger-tighten. 8) Hand-tighten the large nut, use the pliers to turn another 1/4 turn. Note: After replacement If there is leaking at the handle base, take off the handle again and tighten the nut a bit more - don't overtighten. 9) Put both handles in closed position. Note: Rare case: after replacement, if a handle is 90 degrees off,  pop open the insert inside the cartridge and reassemble it in the correct angle.
