Orders & Shipping:
Sales tax must be charged on orders shipping to NY (8.875%) and NJ (7.0%). Most orders ship within one business day. Orders received over the weekend are shipped on Monday; orders received on Holidays are shipped on the next business day. All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item, unopened and unused item only. Buyer pays return shipping. We will issue a refund upon receiving & inspecting the item, minus the original shipping cost. Please include your eBay user ID and/or the sales record number. We do not offer returns on electric units. All electric units in our stock are with current production dates. Any returned pumps with old dates will be returned back to the customer.
