This faucet is brand new in an open box.
This faucet can swivel 360 degrees and features a brushed nickel finish.
This faucet installs without a mounting plate.
Optional accessories for this faucet include a mounting plate and soap dispenser. As noted on the box, these items are not included.

In addition to the plumber's tape, some bolts/hardware were located in this box.  I do not know if they are needed for installation but have left them in the box.
