Box opened to verify contents. The   pictures are of the actual item. The item does not appear to have been used. It has very minor scratches and scuffs the worst of which is in the last photo. The photos are high definition and can be blown up to show the most minute details. Everything included is in the photos. I do not know the history of the faucet and it is untested as I am not willing to run water through it. It appears to be an open box return that suffered very minor shipping damage.
