This is a replacement to replace your worn or missing retainer clip to hold in the 1225/1225b/1200 Single-Handle Sink/Tub/Shower faucet cartridge. MADE OF BRASS (may show oxidation as it's a natural process when exposed to air).
Moen makes this clip with a little ear/tab piece and a smooth piece. This 1883 smooth clip will work on ALL types.
The one with the tab is for showers and makes it easier to remove when changing the cartridge. The 1883 is mainly for sinks which can be pulled out easily. Please check which one will work for your cartridge. Package Includes
