Please confirm whether the screw is locked. When installing, adjust the main body of the device so that the sensor window is at a proper angle, and then use the included wrench to lock the upper screw. Please confirm whether the water pressure is within the range of 0.05-0.8MPa.

No water when sensing Please confirm whether the faucet handle and the water inlet valve have been opened, and whether the water has stopped. Please confirm whether it is within the sensing range, upper sensing: 1-6 cm; lower sensing: 1-10 cm. Please confirm whether there are water droplets on the surface of the upper and lower sensor windows or are covered by mist, just wipe it clean. Please confirm that there should be no obstacles within 30 cm of the upper and lower sensing windows. //5.Please confirm the battery level. If the battery level is too low, the weak current protection will be activated. When you reach out for sensing, the indicator on the upper sensing window flashes continuously or does not flash. Please charge in time. // 6.Please confirm whether the water pressure is within 0.05-0.8MPa.
FAQ-03 Water does not stop when using/ abnormal water flow Please confirm whether there are water droplets or fog covering the surface of the upper and lower sensing windows, and wipe it clean. Please confirm that there should be no obstacles within 30 cm of the upper and lower sensing windows. Please confirm whether the faucet is too short or there are highly reflective objects in the dish, please refer to the instructions for matching the faucet, or remove the highly reflective objects. Please confirm whether the height of the faucet from the countertop is higher than 8 inches, otherwise it may cause the sensor to be abnormal (the water flow is intermittent)
