vintage Eclipse bath or kitchen faucet hot cold brass for parts or

Heavy brass faucet made by Eclipse long ago.  I have not used it or tested it; so am selling it for repair or parts with no returns.  The only apparent damage is to the hot water pipe connection (5th & 11th pics) where it has a part broken off.  The cold and hot water handles turn but I cannot test to see if they operate as they should.  I believe that this is brass.  I placed a magnet around it on the different parts and it did not attract to anything on it.  It weighs over three pounds.  I have not tried to loosen any parts to check anything.  The tap is unusual and I'd guess it had some type of hose or pipe connection to provide the flow of water.  As you can see, it is aimed downward.  It may have had a special use other than tub or kitchen sink.  So you can check pictures and I am happy to answer questions.  I believe it is a very rare survivor.  Thanks for viewing.  (I would appreciate a message if you can provide any info about it to help me with its description.)
